  1. Tips on going on a cruise with a 6 year old and an 18 month old?

Does anyone have any tips on cruises with kids? We are going on one this weekend to the carribbean and I’m nervous that there won’t be much to do with kids or that others on the cruise won’t like that we brought them. We are going with other families (24 of us total with 4 kids). Please advise! Well to answer most of you, ALL of our family is going on the cruise as a reunion. There will be no-one at home to watch the kids and why would I want to leave my baby for 10 days or even a 4 day cruise? This is a vacation for all of us. Alaska cruises are inspiring but also need prior preparation and we feature some important tips to help you have a wonderful holiday. The weather will have the biggest influence on your holiday and should be the first thing you consider. Obviously the type of activities you will pursue will influence the weather conditions you prefer but...

If you fit one of the descriptions above then you could be in the market for a discount cruise. You need to put yourself into a position to take advantage of a bargain. That means doing your research on the tour operators, the cruise ships, the departure ports and how you get there quickly. The biggest factor in getting a discounted cruise is the ability to get onboard quickly, you cannot do this if you live...

One Response to “Going to Alaska cruise, which month of the year has the most rain, during May & June or September?”

  • Logan63:

September will be the coldest with the most rain, however May & June still has a chance for rain, but I’d say the best time is June, it’s the prettiest. (I take it you mean next year, otherwise, July is usually spectacular too!)
